Coaching with me is guided inner work

I am a guide—someone with lived experience, practical tools, and an intimate respect for the inner terrain we’re moving through together. I work from the position of “I know that I don’t know,” and from there I help you learn how to listen to what is already speaking within you. Our work is a steady, relational dive into the marrow of your experience.

We begin with what is alive in the moment:

What We Track

I am trained in a variety of talk therapy and hypnotherapy models, as well as dynamic listening, and I have a deep knowing that many of the patterns and awakenings occurring in our process are both archetypal and somatic. We will weave these things together into a basket that can hold your unique experience with grace and depth.

The Work

In session, we use guided imagery, intuitive tracking, and trance-informed attention to access the layers of mind where emotional responses, protective strategies, and identity structures are formed. Attention narrows to meet what is deeply present. You remain fully aware, communicative, and in your intrinsic sovereignty throughout the work.

When This Is Useful

This work supports moments when patterns loosen and new organization is ready to emerge.Allowing what has been fragmented, protected, or frozen to reorganize into a form that supports your life now.
