    Alchemical Hypnotherapy is a process of developing a safe and productive relationship between the conscious mind or ego and the unconscious mind, where many hidden healing forces live. Both philosophers and psychologists agree that the human psyche is designed for self-healing, however, conscious efforts are often required to catalyze the first steps, to remove log jams.

    Alchemical Hypnotherapy is much like having a lucid dream. The difference is I am there to guide you through the journey. I ask important clarifying questions, track nourishing images that appear, and help you re-pattern the unconscious beliefs we discover into conscious resources for a better life. This is accomplished by you journeying into your own unique perspective.

I began my journey… not realizing that I was a highly sensitive person or that my intuition and empathy were a gift to be cultivated

Through some profound ex[;prations over the years, I found many teachers as well as developed a number of , practices that helped me ground my energy, and understand my power

I discovered guides internal and external guides that illuminated what I was feeling and taught me the tools I would need to flourish and thrive.

I am translating that work into an integrated system of practices to help heal,

by understanding and accepting gthe past we are able to encourage growth in the future.
