Our Personal Cosmology is the world view we create to explain our experince of being alive in a body
What Is Cosmology?
Simply put it is a branch of metaphysics that deals with the nature of the universe and a theory or belief system describing the origin, structure, and space-time relationships of the reality we live in. Giving us a framework for understanding our place in that structure.

Animism encompasses the beliefs that all material phenomena have agency, and soverignty
that soul or spirit or sentience exists not only in humans but also in other animals, plants, rocks, geographic features such as mountains or rivers or other entities of the natural environment such as water sprites, vegetation deities, tree spirits.
Animism may further attribute a life force to abstract concepts such as words, actions, true names, or metaphors in mythology
WHAT I HAVE FOUND IS THAT THERE ARE MANY TOOLS and LAnguages FOR DOING THE “WORK”.
I have done Shadow Work, Depth Work, Parts Work , Body Work , Somatic Work , Energetic Clearing Work and of course the Alchemical work

Daily practice creates a Map of an ever evolving internal landscape that grows and becomes more defined with each new understanding you create. It shows you more clearly what is needing attention, how your past informs your present and ultimately creates your future.
